Anyone can take part in our offerings. All of them are free. Some recur each week, others are special events. Be sure to check our Calendar of Events. There is no commitment, but some events do fill-up, so be sure to register. Hope to see you there!

Vitality Cafes are moderated, small-group conversations to promote well-being.

Cafés are physically and emotionally safe spaces where people talk and listen to each other on topics that matter to them, such as the challenges and victories of raising a family. Participants leave Cafés feeling inspired, energized, and excited to put into practice what they’ve learned.
